Job description:    bonning, cutting pork into relevant peaces, seperating meat,       
Working hours:    5 days a week (Mo - Fri)
Working hours will be specified on place (mostly from 7am – 4pm)       
Break:    30 min. (not paid)        
Salary    7.50 GBP /hr (incl. Bonus of £0.19 which will be applied after first 3 months worked) = 9EUR
Salary will be transferred by employer each week on worker’s UK bank account that will be arranged by employer (in case that the worker doesn’t have one yet). Should you have an UK bank account please inform us.

The firs wage will be paid in second working week on Friday after then every week on Friday.       
Overtimes    8.25 GBP (over 40hrs in workadays and on Saturday until 12am) / 10.20GBP (on Saturdays from 12am and on Sundays and bank holidays)       
Taxes    Assisstance with tax refund       
NET salary    £1130 by working hours 40/wk    
 
Location:    Broxburn / Skotsko (near to Edinburgh)       
Minimal lenght of the contract:    6 months (after that is possible to make it longer)       
Trial period:    First 13 weeks       
Notice period:    There must be held 2 weeks notice by employee. In case this notice won’t be kept the employee will be penalized for not fullfiling of the contract.       
Working clothes and tools:    Will be provided by the client (gloves, shoes, overalls, knives etc.)

We recommend to take with very warm clothes, there inthe production area is a temperature  from 0° C until 10°C and products temperatures is about 2°C.

Keep on mind this is a busy business and the job requires good health condition and good knife skills.
The knife test will be in place to demonstrate candidates knife skills.
At least one year of experience as butcher/bonner.
Diplomas and references are an advantage.
The English level skills can be beginner.

Accommodation:    Local accommodation arranged
Accommodation on employee’s costs       
Accommodation costs pers./week: 50 GBP + service. Deposit 200 GBP

It is needed to have £150 in advance and pay it directly to the landlord after the arrival .       
Transport:     Flight ticket on employees costs.
We are able to assist with purchasing of the ticket (charge fee will be applied)       
Food:    On employee’s costs for all time.
There is a canteen in the factory – lunch for cca £2-3       
Health insurance:    Please note that you will have to deregister from you health insurance office before you leave
Social security insurance will be paid in UK as well as you will have to pay taxes (you can apply for tax return – amount of tax return depends of earned amount in accounting year in UK).
