To control all aspects of the Bar and two restaurants, one being ala Carte and one dealing with large functions upto 300 people very week. To manage and train and supervise all staff (upto 20) To raise standards in service etc.

Requirements
Must have fluent English, have excellent communication and management skills, have previous (at least 3 years) experience in Management in Hotels or restaurants
Other Information
Accommodation/ Food Provided on site free of charge – this includes all food for 7 days
Salary £250 per week Starting Salary Rising after 2/3 months
