Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Take and relay messages Provide information to callers Greet persons entering organization Direct persons to correct destination Deal with queries from the public and customers Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization General administrative and clerical support Prepare letters and documents Receive and sort mail and deliveries Schedule appointments Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically Organize meetings Tidy and maintain the reception area Education and Experience
Requirements
The candidates must be females, age range 20-35 years old Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel as a receptionist Very good English verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation Customer service orientation Information management Organizing and planning Attention to detail Initiative Reliability Stress tolerance
The opportunity to develop a career in UK, to work in a professional environment Salary: £6.00 per hour. Hours Per Week: 40 – 45 hours per week. Accommodation: £ 50/week including bills State Taxes: taxes are payed from the annual profit The minimum period of the contract is 12 months but it can be longer depending on each candidate's options
